Professional, kind and very dedicated to getting the job right! I had another plumber in before this who just gave up and then quoted me a huge price to rip out and replace plumbing. All New Plumbing kept at it until they solved the drain problem...around a bunch of 90° bends in my 1967 house. They even hollered with joy when I when what they were doing worked.
